Digital Products

Digital items (downloads, files, licenses, etc.) are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping charges apply to digital orders. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see your delivery email within a few minutes.

Physical Products

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship physical products within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. (Remove or adjust this line if you do ship to those locations.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@paperandpearl.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
